You have to be willing to make the diet changes so you avoid excess fat, however. If you are willing to do that, you can have a lot of success. Even if you don’t see a massive change in your weight, you will more than likely feel healthier overall and won’t have to suffer any side effects. There isn’t anything to lose here. I’ve taken plenty of diet pills, not lost any weight, but still had to deal with the negative side effects that came from that kind of stimulant use.
