Top 7 Mobile Apps That Help You Lose Weight

If you are the kind of person who can’t bear to tear herself away from her iPhone or Android for a minute and you are trying to lose weight take heart. There are many wonderful apps available which will help you on your weight loss journey. Using something like a weight loss app is very simple and easy to do. The best advantage is that it helps you keep track of your food intake on a daily basis. Some of them will even keep track of how much and how long you exercise each day. So, you are able to easily deal with the issue of keeping a food diary. Most of the apps here are available through the Google Play Store and are free. If you want to upgrade to the “pro” version, though, it will cost a fee, usually only a small amount of money.

This app is very easy to use and is extremely easy to see and read on a smartphone. You can even find “friends” who will support you on your journey.

This app will also keep track of how much food you are eating and how much exercise you’re doing, it will also log how many glasses of water you are drinking each day. As an extra bonus, you can also look at featured articles which include many healthy recipes and different little tips to help keep you motivated and going.

Searching for popular types of exercise activities is easy. All you do then is enter how much time you spent doing the exercise and it will automatically record how many calories you’ve burned. If you use another exercise app called runtastic,  it will automatically sync to your fitnesspal app after exercising.
