1. Easy Low-Carb Air Fryer Salmon with Mustard-Herb Sauce by Kalyn’s Kitchen
“This Easy Low-Carb Air Fryer Salmon with Mustard-Herb Sauce will be one of the tastiest things you’ve ever cooked in the Air Fryer, or follow the link for directions to cook it in the oven if you prefer!”
-Kalyn (Kalyn’s Kitchen)
There’s nothing like some sea-food every once in a while (trust me, you’ll want to take a break from the bacon sometimes, as hard as it might seem to imagine).
Salmons make an excellent addition to the keto diet since they are super low-carb and rich in the heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. So it’s a great idea to include it in your keto meal plan and include it often!
This air-fryer salmon recipe is simple and filling and comes with a luscious, creamy herb sauce that carries a sharp kick of mustard and is bound to be a mood-fix after a long day.
In fact, take it a step ahead and hit two birds with one stone- make an extra serving and eat cold salmon for lunch the next day. Now is there someone here who will contest the fact that the mustard flavor melds with the salmon better overnight?
Add the cucumber coated in herb sauce and you’ll hit the spot. Then puff-up…
Not from the carbs, silly! But from thinking about how you made this in less than half an hour!
2. Pesto Spaghetti Squash with Chicken by Leelalicious
“Years ago, when I was a server at an Italian restaurant their pesto pasta was always my favourite. Now I know that it is actually a super simple dish to make at home. And by using spaghetti squash instead of pasta I can get all the amazing flavours with fewer carbs. Using store-bought pesto is a quick & delicious option, but I also highly recommend trying out different homemade pesto variations!”
-Regina (Leelalicious)
It’s awesome how we can make keto versions of anything, isn’t it? And we didn’t stop at the zucchini this time – this pesto spaghetti squash is going to be your most sought-after spaghetti replacement henceforth!
Why?
Well, for starters, you don’t need a bowl, your meal is the bowl. If, for some weird reason, that doesn’t excite you, then just focus on how simple it is! Just cook up some chicken in a pre-made/ store-bought pesto sauce and pour it into your baked squash bowl and tada!
Also, don’t forget that you just got yourself a good amount of fiber in your keto meal, which is especially hard if you’re not a fan of veggies.
Woah! Did it just strike you that your spaghetti was actually a vegetable?
3. Avocado Taco Boats by Essential Keto
“These avocado taco boats are my favorite recipe for Tuesday nights when avocados are in season.”
-Noline (Essential Keto)
When life gives you perfectly ripe avocados…
Make avocado taco boats :p
No, seriously. I can’t think of a single reason you wouldn’t.
To begin with, who wouldn’t want to try avacado tacos instead of boring old gluten and carb-filled tacos? Second, it is filling- what with the ground beef and cheese mix. Third, it’s got that awesome Mexican vibe with the salsa to complete the awesomeness!
Highly recommended easy and quick keto dinner recipe (for those lucky times when you actually manage to wait the right amount for avocados to ripen perfectly)!
4. Keto Coconut Curry Shrimp and Zoodles by Grumpy’s Honeybunch

Coconut milk is, understandably, one of the best parts of being on the keto diet, isn’t it? Try complimenting that creamy, nutty flavor with some nut-butter and hot-sweet spice and you have all the comfort you need from dinner!
To top it off, you’ll look forward to each bite of the luscious shrimp and if you’re missing noodles, you’ll be more than made up for by the zoodles (i.e., zucchini noodles- if it has, somehow, managed to escape you- this awesome low-carb invention to substitute noodles)!
Come on, making sea-food this appealing can’t be easier- keto or not-keto!

16. Shakshuka with Mushrooms by Julie’s Lifestyle
“Shakshuka, Arabic for ‘mixture’, is a delicious one-pan meal from the Middle East. Traditionally it consists of poached eggs in a sauce of tomatoes, chili peppers, onion and fragrant spices. This version with wild mushrooms and Swiss chard is a tasty and lighter alternative for anyone who has trouble digesting nightshades such as tomato. You can also experiment with other leafy veggies such as kale, spinach, radish greens, beetroot greens… For a vegan version, replace the eggs with tempeh ‘bacon’or smoked tofu.“
-Julie (Julie’s Lifestyle)
If you’re looking for a break from meat on keto, here’s a great option. This one-pan meal brings together the flavors of herbs like Swiss chard and parsley with the satiety of poached eggs.

-Idriss (Broke Foodies)
Why limit your sea-food meal quota to salmon and fish when you can add some crab every once in a while! Why should all the glory go only to salmon when crab cakes present such an awesome choice too?
Especially when it’s cheap and so easy to cook?
Pair the delicate, sweet flavor of the crab cakes with the zingy, zesty vibe of the lemony tartar sauce and you’re set for a fine meal that will surprise you with how much time and money it cost, and in a good way, for once!

27. Egg Roll in a Bowl by Whole New Mom
“This Healthy Egg Roll in a Bowl (aka Crack Slaw) has all of the great flavor of Egg Rolls, but without all the fuss and carbs of traditional egg rolls.”

How do you eat rolls on keto? Well you either go through the trouble of making a wrap with a keto-friendly flour and then mimic a regular egg roll- perhaps you replace the sugary sauces with keto friendly ones.
Or.. You simply deconstruct the egg roll in a bowl and simply go at it!

Deconstruction is the way to go in keto. Want pizza? Get rid of the carb-filled crust and deconstruct it into a casserole.
Want an egg roll? Forget the wrap and simply deconstruct it into a bowl! It’s still got all the awesomeness of an egg roll- the taste, the texture and favor and of course, all the nutrition, but without all those pesky carbs from the wrap.
And it’s super quick to make! Nowww.. That’s a wrap (not)!
